Kirsten has over 25 years experience building high-growth entrepreneurial companies, specializing in High Tech & manufacturing industries. Kirsten has a proven track record, providing strategic Financial, Administrative & HR direction, most recently Otono, acquired by Idemia.  She is passionate about the double purpose that Winecrush serves, being a leader in healthier food choices that taste good and creating solutions to leave future generations a safe place to live.

Lisa Ranken

VP, Operations

Lisa has spent her career honing operations and leading teams in rapidly growing industries, and is experienced in working with novel technology startups. Most recently Lisa led the commercialization of Mazza Innovation’s patented extraction technology through acquisition (2018). She loves the challenge of doing something that’s never been done before so she’s a great fit for leading scaleup of the Winecrush technology.

It was Bill's vision to incorporate wine derivatives into gourmet foods.   He spent 15 years in product development and product management at IBM (in Vancouver, Toronto and Boulder, CO). This is Bill’s third start-up.

Allie Broddy

Application Dev Manager

Allie has spent the last 5 years building strong relationships with winery partners and customers. She works closely with wineries, food retailers and the restaurant industry on ways to infuse our products into popular food items.


Allie manages product sensory feedback with consumers, culinary experts and suppliers and is continually discovering exciting innovative applications for Winecrush Puree.

Based in the UK, Steve is the former director of the Oxford-based, worldwide Love Food; Hate Waste program managed by Waste & Resources Action Programme. Steve provides guidance on optimal strategies for commercialization. He will help develop the "Love Wine; Hate Waste" certification.
