Over the past four years, we have developed numerous retail products that have been very popular. However, we realized that the drying and milling process was very expensive, cut down the level of nutrients, and didn't provide an optimal flavour profile.  

We also realized that nobody eats the powder. Every recipe re-hydrates the powder. The conventional wisdom is that you need to turn it into powder to "shelf-stablize" it. After extensive research and experimentation, we discovered a process that doesn't require fermentation.
