April 12, 2019 – We are pleased to announce that Valley Plus from Vernon, BC will be managing the fulfillment of Winecrush’s Picnic Stations. This provides our Picnic Station customers with better selection and more efficient delivery.

  1. How do we get replenished?  Are you going to visit or phone?

We will call weekly on a set day based on their area for deliveries if this is what they prefer based on our initial account set-up.  

When we set up the account we go over what day of the week works best for your purchaser to either be called and or in some cases if you prefer to be email in all orders.

  1. How often do you deliver? What days by area?

West Kelowna / Peachland / Summerland / Penticton / OK Falls  -  Tuesday Delivery Weekly

Oliver / Osoyoos   - Every Second Tuesday

  1. Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery Charge is $7.00 per delivery

  1. Returns policy

30 day guarantee on manufacturing defects, blown seals, short dated products, and packaging defects.

We pick up returns on the next delivery in original packaging for our manufacturer’s and then will credit the account once it arrives in the warehouse.

  1. Product training  

We can meet with your tasting room staff and go over all the products with key selling features, and individual company marketing materials if we have available to better educate the staff on the products.

  1. Is my current agreement still in effect?

Yes your current Picnic Station agreement is in effect. The only change from last year is that payment terms are net 14, and there is a $7 drop-off charge.

  1. Will Winecrush-branded sausage and cheese products be available?

Winecrush will no longer offer branded deli products. We will work with the listed suppliers to develop Winecrush-infused products, which they can sell directly to the Picnic Program and other retailers.
